Mallorca is also a “radiant” destination in the Advent season

While in Germany, for example, a reduction of the street lighting and also the Christmas lighting is being discussed, Palma de Mallorca does not limit its sea of lights at Christmas, but even expands it. As the city town hall has just announced, the Christmas lights will shine a week earlier than in previous years: for the first time, the sea of lights can already be admired on Saturday (19.11.).

Under the motto Art, Circus and Magic, there will be a spectacular light festival in various places in Palma. A twelve-metre Christmas star, a nine-metre walk-in illuminated globe, a giant Christmas tree are the highlights. After the Corona times, the city is spending a lot of money on these lights this year. Most other municipalities in Mallorca will also have Christmas markets and events during Advent. Experience this magnificence of lights!
